9:54:49 AM Commissioner Skinner Finding that the Buffalo Station Second Minor Subdivision complies with the Growth Policy, that it complies with the State Statutes, that there's no, seems to be no adverse effect on agriculture, there's no irrigation ditches, local services have been mitigated, no adverse affect from natural environment, no effect, seems to be no effect on wildlife and wildlife habit, and that public health and safety have been mitigated, I would move to approve the Buffalo Station Second Minor Subdivision with staff suggested conditions, with a change in condition that would be leaving Condition #11 as is, and changing Condition #8 to read with an additional sentence to read, "An additional access shall be allowed on Lot 1B if and when a public access easement is granted to the property to the North."
